We will do everything possible to ensure the availability of your products. If we do not have a product available in stock, this amount will automatically be deducted from your order and you will be able to request that product again in a new order when it becomes available.

If you have received a promotional code/voucher, you must enter it at check-out.
Promotional codes have a validity period and can only be used during that period, and only once. You can only use one promo code at a time.

All prices of the articles in the online store are shown in EUR EUR.
The price shown for each product does not include eventual shipping and transport costs, but includes the VAT rate in force in Portugal.
Castelbel products are present in several multi-brand specialty stores, and Castelbel has no autonomy to set retail prices.
Orders placed through the Castelbel online store are shipped via a courier company. In-store pickup is not possible.
All products purchased from the Castelbel online store will have to be returned the same way. No returns or exchanges will be accepted in physical stores for products purchased in the Castelbel online store.
